First, I suppose its history. You will find shire after shirne, temple after temple in this city. Second, the view. It`s one of the few places where you can surf watching the sun setting behind Mt. Fuji. I feel very "Japan" every time I experience this. Third, the sea food I would say. I crave those fish with some quality beer & Sake. I guess you can sum up this city in one word: "localism." Here comes one of my favorite parks of this city. Thus, I don`t blame you for associating Kamakura with its history, temples, and bunch of ruins. But hold on a second・・・If you think they are all Kamakura has to offer, you have seen only a portion of the city: YOU MUST VISIT THE BEACHES, AND FOR THAT, IT HELPS WHEN YOU KNOW WHICH BEACE TO GO. As you are aware of, Japan is an island, and Kamakura resides on the coast. Here comes a footage of a secret beach at Yuigahama the closest beach from Kamakura station: 15minutes on foot. This particular beach is at the end of the coast, and if you are someone who enjoys local vibe, fresh Sashimi & crispy Tempura, and privacy, you will like this area-guaranteed.

<a href="">

Enjoy the moment, now!

Walks Yokohama & Kamakura

Kamakura can be really crowded・・・・・。

According to a survey conducted by "Nikkei Newspaper" in 2002, some of the most popular destinations in Japan among foreign visitors are as follows:
1.
